Distance Healing
Reconnective Healing® is a very effective distance healing method, even if you are not here in Sedona or near the healer. All you need to do is to lay down comfortably and close your eyes, somewhere you will not be disturbed for the duration. Do not focus on anything or say prayers or concentrate.
Just keep an open attitude and bring your attention inside of you and notice or focus on anything that happens. You may feel some physical sensations, or perhaps emotions, or just feel very calm & relaxed or you may just fall asleep. Some people report feeling very relaxed, while others have some amazing spiritual experiences. Either way, Reconnective Healing® continues working long after the session is over. All I need to know is your name & your location and nothing else. This type of healing actually works better the less I know about your challenge.
